The PNI P15UV is a portable dual band VHF/UHF transceiver, a communication tool within everyone’s reach. Broadcasting on VHF and UHF radio frequencies is possible only on the basis of a license to use the radio frequencies or a broadcast license. Reception in the VHF/UHF radio spectrum is free.
Frequencies for radio amateurs are used for non-commercial purposes, exchange of messages, experimentation, self-training, private recreation, radio sports, etc.
PNI P15UV operates in the frequency range 144-146MHz (VHF) & 430-440MHz (UHV).
Frequency mode (VFO) or channel mode (MR)
The trasceiver works in several modes: UHF-VHF, VHF-VHF, UHF-UHF, in frequency mode or in channel mode. You can opt for the simultaneous display on the screen of both frequencies or channels (depending on the working mode).

PNI P15UV is a dual band transceiver that offers maximum freedom to the user by customizing various functions: selectable emission power (5W/1W), manual programming of channels, manual entry of frequency using the keyboard, selection of scan mode, adding or excluding channels from scanning, accurate frequency scanning by entering a certain frequency range, encoding and decoding calls, SOS alarm (local, by code or sound), repeater tone selection, 9-level adjustable squelch, frequency step selection (2.5/5.0/6.25/ 10.0/12.5/20.0/25.0/50.0 KHz) etc.

Desktop charger included
Fix the PNI P15UV transceiver in the office charger included in the package. Connect the charger’s power supply to a 230V power source. During charging, the LED on the charger is red and turns green when the battery is fully charged.
The 1500mAh Li-Ion battery can also be charged by direct connection to a power source through the micro USB Type-C port on the battery.
