Shipping methods and costs
The shipping methods and costs are determined according to the destiny and weight of the products that need to be shipped.
- Standard delivery: For standard delivery to the spanish territory, Balearic Islands and Portugal.
- Delivery by UPS: For the rest of destinations.
The delivery terms may vary depending on the chosen modality. However, PIHERNZ will not be responsible for the delays caused by circumstances beyond its control or force majeure.

If the shipping address is different from the one that has been established on your profile, you will need to go back and verify the shipping cost in the shopping cart page because it may change depending on the chosen destination and, if necessary, choose the UPS service mode that best suits your needs .

- Barcelona zone: Province of Barcelona
- Catalonia zone: Provinces of Girona, Lleida and Tarragona.
- Peninsular Spain zone: The rest of the peninsular provinces of Spain.
- Balearic zone: Balearic islands province.
- Portugal zone: Portugal peninsular territory.

- Depending on the modality of the chosen UPS service.
- The delivery terms in international destinations may be incremented by customs inspections. PIHERNZ is not responsible for these delays.
Rates:
- Depending on the chosen UPS service.
- The prices do not include taxes.
In the cart breakdown, before proceeding to confirm the order, there will be the different UPS service options, so you can choose the one that fits your necessities the most. For each one of them, there will be the shipping cost that will be applied.
