The Technik W50 work light is designed especially for DIY enthusiasts and those who need strong, reliable illumination for repairs and workshop tasks. It delivers an impressive 1000 lumens of brightness, provided by a long, strip-shaped COB LED. As an additional light source, the head of the lamp features an SMD LED chip, which produces a more focused beam when needed.
The lamp is operated using a rubberized yellow push-button located on the front. All brightness modes are programmed into this button.
• Short press: turns on the lamp and cycles through the three brightness levels of the main COB light
• Long press: turns the secondary SMD light on or off (the secondary light has two brightness levels)
The body of the lamp is made from durable polycarbonate, with a rubber-coated grip section for better handling. At the top of the lamp, a metal hook allows it to be hung when the situation requires it. Additionally, for expanded usability, the W50 includes a strong magnet on the back, enabling secure attachment to any metal surface.
The W50 is powered by two built-in 18650 lithium batteries with a total capacity of 4400 mAh. These batteries are housed in the base, which also gives the lamp stable footing when placed upright. A charge level indicator on the side allows you to monitor the remaining battery life. Charging is done via a USB-C port hidden under a rubber cover.
The device is also equipped with a PowerBank function, meaning that as long as the internal batteries contain sufficient charge, you can use the lamp to charge other devices as well.
