The RugGear RG170<\/strong> is a 4G Rugged Phone<\/a> <\/strong>is designed for instant communication. Equipped with a customisable side button<\/strong>, It’s perfect for PTT<\/strong> and allows the communication to flow uninterrupted. It’s ideal when you want to improve communication efficiency.<\/p>\n

The RugGear RG170 is an ultra-rugged 4G smart feature phone designed for professional use<\/strong> in extreme safety and working conditions. With the PTToC (Push-to-talk over cellular) <\/a>function (via a freely assignable PTT button<\/strong>), the RG170<\/strong> also enables completely encrypted and tap-proof communication \u2013 the target groups here are authorities, security and rescue organizations.<\/p>\n

Weighing only 197 grams,<\/strong> the keys telephone with a 2.4\u2033 (6.1 cm) capacitive RGB display supports the strict industry standard IP69<\/strong> and is therefore also protected against high pressure and steam jets.<\/p>\n

In addition, the RG170<\/strong> is one of the few devices in the field that also meets the US military standard MIL-STD 810H<\/strong> and is therefore protected against all types of liquids, dust, oil mist, vibrations, shocks<\/strong> and even falls from up to 1.5 meters<\/strong> onto concrete.<\/p>\n

The extremely sensitive microphone<\/strong> as well as a powerful 1.5 watt loudspeaker with up to 103 dB<\/strong> (even at a distance of 10 cm) ensure smooth and easily understandable communication via LTE or a Push-to-talk app even in very noisy working environments.<\/p>\n

A further safety plus is the freely assignable SOS button, which can be used to automatically make dedicated emergency calls depending on requirements.<\/p>\n
